Return Policy – L’unique Yvan
At L’unique Yvan, we take pride in offering high-quality products, from cheeses and olives to Moroccan artisanal items.
Because of the nature of our products, especially perishable food items, we maintain the following return policy.
No Delivery – In-Store Pickup Only
All orders placed on luniqueyvan.ca must be picked up at our boutique.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order at the time of pickup to ensure everything meets their expectations.
Perishable Items (Food & Beverages)
Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

cheese and dairy products,
-
olives and olive oils,
-
dates, honey, and other edible items,
-
spices, condiments, sauces, and prepared foods (e.g., baklava).
Once a food item has left the store, it is considered final sale.
Non-Perishable Items (Kitchenware & Gifts)
For non-food items, such as tajines, teapots, tea glasses, and Moroccan artisan products, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a non-food product is damaged or defective upon pickup:

Please inform us immediately at the store,

We will inspect the product and provide a replacement or store credit.
How to Initiate a Return (for Non-Perishables)

Bring the product to our store along with your receipt or order confirmation.

Our team will inspect the item and process your return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
Final Sale Items
All discounted or clearance products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
